We started as a local race event support company in Southern Utah with medal personalization as one of our featured services. We quickly found ourselves adding to our engraving business by providing Sports Awards and other Recognition Items to our list of services locally. As we began venturing more and more into the world of awards, personalization, and custom engraving, we found ourselves growing increasingly frustrated. We found that Google searches of those industries produced lots of results. However, each time we selected a site based on price, we would find that the product and price were actually NOT REAL. There were minimum quantities to purchase at all and/or additional fees for everything you could imagine….artwork fees, design fees, setup fees, personalization fees by character, inflated shipping and handling costs, and on and on. By the time the price for the “advertised item” was calculated with all of these extra fees, the price was often double, triple or even four times the advertised amount.
Frankly, while they are popular, we simply do not believe in these types of advertising.
We believe that our customers want honesty and up front simplicity. We don’t have the time or the desire to play these “games” and are confident that you don’t either.
We don’t have minimums. If you just need one, we will make you one at the advertised price. If you want more than one, we can do that, too. Let us know how many you need and we can work with you to improve the price even further (sometimes offering savings on quantities as low as two). There are No Setup Fees and No Artwork Fees. If you buy a personalized item from us, the personalization is included in the price (no extra per character fees). We charge a low flat rate shipping fee. When you work with us, you can expect a fast, honest, customer oriented, and positive experience.
